Ive always thought that Hold On would be my last book. Certainly after a vicious attack in 2008 that destroyed my life for many years. The writing was difficult, I couldnt concentrate, didnt do much writing for several years, due to these injuries and the struggle with my health. So I started to publish my writings in small and cheap little poetry books and that was the positive side of it. After more than 7 years the doctor finally found a good medicine and it felt like coming alive again. So much energy and inspiration that came back to me, I could focus again without having pain or headaches all the time, I didnt feel tired anymore, my life had started again. Again another proof that God is still on my side and I call this medicine the miracle of God, thats also what I told to my doctor. So here it is already, my number 5 Never Give Up and I would like to say thanks again to Xlibris, for hanging on and also believing in me when times were rough.

At the age of twenty two, I was offered a teaching position as a physical education/English teacher and basketball coach at Overbrook High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where one of my players was Wilt Chamberlain who later became the best basketball player in the world. I then coached basketball and taught English at Upper Moreland High School in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, for fifteen years. After that, I was the principal at Tredyffrin/Easttown Junior High School in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. which culminated in meeting President Ronald Reagan in the Rose Garden since our school was selected as one of the most outstanding junior high schools in the country. I retired as a principal and became a part time instructor in the Philadelphia Community College. During that time, I coached basketball at William Tennent High School for ten years. After that, coaching Archbishop Carroll ninth grade girls for six years was my next challenge. In 1999, I was selected to coach a United States Maccabiboys basketball team in Scotland. We won the Gold Medal for our country. I have written the following books: Mr. Principal, Your Activity Period Sucks It All Began With Wilt And What About the Children The awards that I have received over these many years have been warmly accepted, but the satisfaction of helping thousands of young people achieve their goals can never be measured in any terms. On May 8, 1944, the B17 climbed and joined other bombers in the cloudy skies over England. It had been a smooth takeoff. Thomas L. Thomas adjusted his navigator's seat in the plane's nose section and glanced out toward the clouds that quickly enveloped the ground beneath the plane. In one sense, he felt somewhat sheltered when the plane joined other planes 25,000 feet above the English Channel. He imagined that the layer of clouds hid the Flying Fortresses from the flak of enemy fire. However, he knew it was a false sense of security.

I’ve been to hell and back, I’ve dragged hell to it’s deepest darkest nightmares to the point of it saying your not welcome here. I don’t want you to pick this book up for the sake of it. I want you to pick it up and take it home with you only if you will pay attention. I didn’t bring up all of my traumas and nightmares for nothing. I have done so only to help people who have been and who currently are in the places and situations I’ve horribly found myself in. Welcome to my World of Autism, Welcome to my struggles with ADHD (Attention Deficit HyperActivity Disorder.) See how Bipolar affects me, look into the effects Depression and Anxiety have on the human mind. All of this might well seem like a lot, but really it’s not. But above all remember this was done to try and let people know that life is in fact a bitch of a struggle. Not only that, but to make people aware that you can get through life’s struggles in the very world we live in.
