That's what people want. The purpose of this book is to provide a financial donation to BayState Children's Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts. I have friends who work in the Emergency Room at Baystate. One of them is the Pastor of the Resurrection Center who reminds us that children are our future. My wife and I don't have children of our own, but if there is a way that we can help children, then we will do it. If this book helps our future by supporting the financial need of Baystate Children's Hospital in a small way, then a brighter future has been made. My first book on cooking, "An Easy Cooking Lesson For You" had 100% of the proceeds go to the Springfield Rescue Mission to help the hungry and homeless. Several hundred dollars was welcomed and helped feed those that were wondering when their next meal would be or where would they sleep at night. The second book, "Delicious Success With Your Health" discussed better eating habits to help steer away from the tragedies of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
